At Maison Berger Paris, we strive to ensure your home fragrance experience is exceptional. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile glass lamps and fragrance bottles are properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
